End of Year Exercise for getting what you want
Here’s an really effective end of year exercise I HIGHLY recommend.
Write yourself a letter dated December 201 .. in which you describe the year and all the great things that have happened, what you accomplished and what you loved about it. It’s really powerful to be able to SEE and SPEAK your goals and intentions as having already accomplished. Ask the ladies who came to any of our Dare To Be You! Workshops
