I will always do my absolute utmost to honour our appointment date and time and would certainly inform you within 48 hours of any unavoidable changes.
I ask the same courtesy of yourself, (minimum 48 hours cancellation) and I always implement a charge of 50% within 48 hours and Full Payment should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or indeed if you fail to show up on the day.
I only ever reschedule appointments and consultations on one occasion outside genuine emergencies.
All requests for refunds and cancellations for events must be received via email a minimum of 30 days in advance of the event. If request for refund or cancellation is received after that date, but more than 7 days prior to the event, the purchaser will be given full credit of the amount paid for a future event. If it is less than 7 days prior to the event, no refund is given.
There are no refunds for purchases of digital products. Please let us know if you have any issues downloading your files and we will be happy to help.
