Taking notice – Life Happens

Taking notice … It’s important

Taking notice

Are you taking notice of the little signs?                                                                                                                            I made a promise to myself that I would create a post every week to share updates intuitive thoughts and inspiration.  It was in earnest, honestly, and then life happened ….

My gorgeous pooch got so, so sick, she collapsed and lost the use of her legs.  The next day whilst taking her to see an animal chiropractor, someone ran into the back of my car, my daughter was really unwell, and, her boyfriend was knocked off his bicycle by a jeep – all in what seemed like the blink of an eye.  Talk about being stopped in your tracks!

You know what it’s like when you’re getting messages from the universe that you choose to ignore? Well, there I was trying like mad to make a trip to an event in Atlanta happen and every path was blocked – the more I pushed the greater the resistance, until at last it was made virtually impossible.  The vet’s bills hoovered up a huge chunk of my money and I was forced to look at my priorities.  The wonderful thing is everyone’s in one piece and Gladys is now up on her feet thanks to tons of love and support from my friends and Reiki community, Australian Bush Flower Essences, and the healing skills of Christine East, McTimony Animal Practitioner of www.christineeast.co.uk – no spinal surgery required thank you very much!  It’ll take a little while to get her back to 100% but it actually feels like a miracle!

So I’d like you to condsider, “Where in your life are you not taking notice of your instincts and the subtle signs that are trying to guide you?”

Sit up, take notice, stop pushing against the tide until something stops you dead in your tracks.

Go with the flow and trust – if you are not ‘allowed’ to do something it always turns out to be for a reason, even if it isn’t apparent right now.
